General Terms; In the event of an appointment as your sole selling agents and surveyors to acquire property on your behalf:- Property disposals, searches & acquisitions
Leasehold. Our fees for the introduction or disposal and/or negotiations, on an annual rental will be 10% of one years rent, mean rent until first review, passing rental or inclusive arrangements, plus 10% of any incentives received, surrendered, granted or negotiated on your behalf, such as rent free periods, capital allowances, fixtures and fittings, etc.
Freehold/Long Leasehold. That is for owner occupier or vacant possession or investment. Our fees will be:

of the ultimate total contract or purchase price or value of a capital sum agreed.
Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals - 7.5% to 10% of the agreed rent review figure of one year or average until next rent review prior to any Arbitration submissions if necessary.
Valuations - 0.125% to 0.25% of the value
Discount - In the event we are appointed on a multi-task basis, within one year we offer up to 25% discount.
Agency Period - Once appointment as sole selling agents this will be for a period of 3-6 months. Termination thereafter is upon on months notice in writing from either side. Sole selling agency means that if you acquire or dispose of property through yourselves or other agents, our fees will still become due at the relevant rates and terms as above.
Abortive Fees - We reserve the right to charge fees per three month period at a charge of £3,000 plus VAT. This amount will ultimately be deducted from any future fees. This amount is simply to cover costs, time and energy expended on the daily process of your requirements and instructions. We do not normally charge by the hour. This fee is charged if the client unilaterally terminates the instruction and is also payable (if not already levied) at the end of the agency period, in the event that no transaction has occurred through no fault of our own.
Other Costs incurred - All the above will be plus VAT, disbursements and any prior agreed marketing costs.
